About The Role
We’re looking for a Front-End SEO/CRO Developer to join our SEO/GEO team and help build, test, and optimize digital experiences across Farmers websites. In this hands-on role, you’ll partner closely with UX, Development, Media, and Paid teams to build and launch front-end components, improve page performance, and execute experiments designed to improve the customer experience and conversion. A large portion of the role is focused on developing page elements and configuring, running, and analyzing tests.
What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and optimize front-end components across new and existing web pages.
- Configure and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve digital experiences and conversion performance.
- Implement front-end updates in Optimizely, including layout changes, information hierarchy, redirects, and post-test enhancements.
- Partner closely with UX and Development teams to turn designs and optimization opportunities into working digital experiences.
- Support SEO and CRO initiatives, including page-speed and performance improvements.
- Analyze website behavior and testing results to identify opportunities and develop new hypotheses.
- Collaborate with Media and Paid teams on campaign and acquisition pages.
- Turn testing and performance data into clear insights and recommendations that both technical and business stakeholders can understand.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in front-end development, UX development, experimentation, CRO, or related digital disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with Optimizely and UX experimentation/testing.
- Experience with VWO or similar A/B testing platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO, CRO, page performance, and UX best practices.
- Experience building and testing across multiple web pages, templates, or digital channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- A proactive and curious approach. You’re comfortable identifying opportunities, developing hypotheses, and recommending improvements rather than simply executing assigned tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical findings and test results in a clear, business-friendly way.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
- Experience with FullStory for behavioral analysis and monitoring is a plus.
