Position: Developer (RPA) – Junior
Number of hours: 40 hours / week
Schedule: EST
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RPA bots using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Assist in automating business processes and repetitive tasks.
- Configure RPA workflows, orchestrators, and bot schedules.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and exception handling for automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot bot failures and support production incidents.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to understand automation requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDDs), and solution design documents (SDDs).
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers.
- Follow RPA development standards, security policies, and best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in RPA development, software development, or automation.
- Basic knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, SQL, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
