- 理解动态剪辑、构图和节奏原理。
- 有使用插件、脚本和表达式的经验。
- 英语水平：中级或以上。
- 对细节有高度关注，并能有效组织工作流程。
- 愿意快速学习。
加分项：
- 有平面设计经验或为TikTok / Instagram制作视频的经验。
- 具备Adobe Illustrator、Adobe Photoshop和Figma的基础技能。
- 使用AI工具进行图片/视频生成的经验。

About us:
BetterMe — an all-in-one well-being ecosystem empowering millions to become better — physically, mentally, and emotionally. We build what makes people better and keep challenging ourselves to inspire others.
We are currently looking for a Motion Designer/Video Editor who will work on creative videos for social media, supporting e-commerce and R&D projects.
We are growing rapidly and launching new projects, so you’ll have the opportunity to apply your skills, experiment with formats and styles, test creative ideas, and collaborate with the marketing team to create attention-grabbing videos.
Your impact:
- Create advertising creatives based on briefs.
- Adapt videos for different platforms and localizations.
- Work with existing projects (collections) and create their variations.
- Generate videos using AI tools.
- Animate static layouts and graphics.
About you:
- At least 1 year of experience in motion design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (masks, shapes, tracking, keyframing & timing, color correction).
- Understanding of dynamic editing, composition, and rhythm principles.
- Experience working with plugins, scripts, and expressions.
- English level: Pre-Intermediate+ or higher.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize your workflow effectively.
- Willingness to learn quickly
Will be a plus:
- Experience in graphic design or creating videos for TikTok TikTok / Instagram Instagram.
- Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
- Experience working with AI tools for photo/video generation.
