- 熟练使用AI工具，如Midjourney、Seedream、NanoBanana、ChatGPT/DALL·E、Gemini、Leonardo、Kling、Veo等平台。
- 对提示工程有深入理解，并能根据不同的创意和技术需求定制提示词。
- 熟悉构图、视觉叙事、光影和色彩理论。
- 具备使用Adobe Photoshop、Premiere Pro、After Effects或CapCut等工具进行基本的照片和视频编辑技能。
- 对细节有高度关注，富有创造力，适应性强，具备良好的视觉审美。
- 英语水平达到中级或以上。
加分项：
- 有平面设计师、动态设计师或3D设计师的经验。
- 对人体解剖学和身体比例有基本了解。

About the team:
We’re looking for an AI Creative Designer to join our team and help create engaging content for social media advertising campaigns. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced teammates, influence creative decisions, and experiment with new ideas and AI-driven workflows.
Your impact:
- Create AI-generated content (images, videos, characters, and more) for social media, advertising campaigns, and internal R&D initiatives.
- Work with a variety of AI models, select the most suitable tools for each task, and integrate them into production workflows.
- Develop, refine, and optimize prompts to achieve high-quality outputs.
- Analyze creative references and visual styles, adapting content to match the required tone of voice and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, the R&D team, and content creators.
About you:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Seedream, NanoBanana, ChatGPT/DALL·E, Gemini, Leonardo, Kling, Veo, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to tailor prompts to different creative and technical requirements.
- Solid knowledge of composition, visual storytelling, lighting, and color theory.
- Basic photo and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and a refined visual aesthetic.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or 3D Designer.
- A basic understanding of human anatomy and body proportions.
