**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Procurement Specialist** to join our team! In this role you will get to manage software assets and procurement, renewals, contracts, vendor updates, and workflows.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
- Create and track requests for new and existing software/subscriptions including monitoring approvals and procurement processes.
- Manage upcoming renewals and contract dates and act as the procurement point of contact for engineering software and technical library vendors.
- Analyze purchasing requisitions for accuracy and prepare contracts for legal review.
- Create new vendor and vendor update requests.
- Assist in vendor negotiations.
- Assist with budget management.
- Provide asset management and procurement support to the Engineering Systems team.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
- Proven experience in procurement, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in asset management and procurement software platforms.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or related field).
- In leu of degree we would consider someone with 6+ years of related work experience is required.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
- Proficiency in Asset Manager, SAP Ariba, PRISM, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience in managing software procurement and renewals
- Knowledge of software licensing workflows and implementation.
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
