Former Clinical Directors, Medical Directors, CCOs, VP Clinical Services, or Executive Directors at CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, hospital BH service lines, MSOs, or state BH authorities. Led clinical orgs, owned P&L, navigated CARF, Medicaid SPA, CMS CoP.
Engagement structure
$0 base. $150-300/hr engaged. 10% referral fee. Optional phantom equity (0.05-0.25%). Public credit on advisor page. Founding-team consideration possible.
