This is a remote position.
Scale-X Solutions is the fastest growing, remote-based outsourcing company in the Philippines! Within just a year, we already have 20 active clients in our roster and have helped 40+ MOTHERS and provided them with permanent work from home, morning shift jobs! We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated Immigration Virtual Assistants to join our team!
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
· At least 2 years of virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, immigration documents processing, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone.
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Knowledge of navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
- Industry experiences: Immigration, Legal, Local or International Government, etc.
Home office setup requirements:
· Dedicated workstation/ workspace.
- Noise-canceling headset
- 50Mbps minimum internet speed
- PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.
