Tier 3 Enterprise Management (EM) Reporting Support Services | Systems Administrator II
Location: Remote – Available across U.S. and Puerto Rico
Clearance Level: Public Trust (ADP/IT-II); Tier 3 Investigation (NACLC)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
Summary
We are seeking candidates for a potential opportunity as Enterprise Management (EM) Reporting Administrator – Tier III to join our team supporting a large-scale federal IT environment. This role provides advanced reporting, analytics, and data visualization capabilities to monitor and optimize enterprise systems performance, compliance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dashboards and reports leveraging tools such as MECM, Power BI, and SQL queries.
- Develop data-driven insights on patch compliance, endpoint health, software deployment, and asset management.
- Support audit readiness and compliance reporting by producing accurate, policy-aligned reports.
- Collaborate with enterprise management teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data quality.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and analytics methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT reporting, analytics, or enterprise management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, SSRS, or comparable reporting and visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and security compliance reporting practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance.
Education & Certifications
- Required (Foundational – one of the following):
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited),
- OR Security+ / SSCP.
- Required (CE – one of the following):
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate,
- OR Microsoft Power Platform Developer.
