主要职责

Job Description:We are seeking an AI Software Developer to design, build, and ship internal applications that replace selected third-party software and streamline operations. Using AI-assisted development tools, you'll rapidly prototype and deliver production-ready tools that reduce software licensing costs and scale with the business.This role combines hands-on engineering with a product mindset—turning business problems into working software quickly, securely, and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to:
Rapid Internal App Development
- Build, ship, and maintain internal web applications and tools using AI-assisted development environments
- Translate business requirements into working software quickly, prioritizing speed to value without sacrificing reliability
- Prototype, iterate, and deploy tools that replace existing paid SaaS subscriptions
System Replacement & Cost Reduction
- Partner with leadership to identify high-cost software that can be replaced with purpose-built internal tools
- Estimate and track cost savings delivered by each replacement project
- Make data-driven build versus buy decisions based on cost, maintainability, and risk
Quality, Security & Maintainability
- Write clean, documented, and maintainable code; follow source control and deployment best practices
- Apply security and data protection standards to all internal tools
- Build with maintainability in mind so tools remain supportable as the business grows
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work directly with stakeholders across departments to scope, prioritize, and demo new tools
- Maintain a transparent backlog and communicate progress, blockers, and tradeoffs clearly
- Document each tool thoroughly so the organization is never dependent on a single person
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current on AI development tools and techniques to continuously improve build speed and output quality
- Establish and report on delivery KPIs: tools shipped, cost savings realized, adoption, and uptime
- Propose new opportunities where internal tooling can save money or improve operations
Requirements
- 3+ years building and shipping web applications with a track record of delivering working software quickly
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Replit, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
- Proficiency across a modern web stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs
- Proven methodology for building AI-powered applications
- Hands-on containerization experience (Docker and/or Kubernetes) in cloud environments
- Experience working within Scrum/Agile frameworks
- Experience building applications that connect to third-party SaaS platforms
- Sound judgment on build versus buy decisions
- Strong prioritization and delivery skills focused on business impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience replacing paid SaaS tools with custom-built internal applications
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Zoho Recruit APIs
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance fundamentals
Technical Requirements
- Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows | M2 for Macs.
- RAM: 16 GB minimum.
- Internet: Stable connection of 50 Mbps minimum.
