Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and requests via email, chat, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused and patient approach.

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.

• Comfortable working with computers and common business software.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.

• Familiarity with CRM or help desk tools.

• Experience with chat or ticketing systems.

• Experience working in SaaS, technology, or healthcare.

• Additional language skills are a plus.

Compensation
$38,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
