我们正在寻找一位有经验的全栈开发工程师，具备前端专业知识，直接与我们的客户合作，为来自 Medtronic、Boston Scientific、Biotronik 和 Abbott 等领先制造商的心脏设备构建远程监控和管理仪表板。这是一次独特的机会，从构建精美的 UI 组件到管理强大的后端 API，全程负责产品。
主要职责
· 开发、测试和部署前端（React）和后端（Node.js）功能。
- 与 CEO/产品负责人紧密合作，将需求转化为功能性、可扩展的解决方案。
- 优化应用程序在各种设备上的最大速度和性能。
- 确保高质量代码、自动化测试，并遵循现代开发最佳实践。

要求 我们寻找的人选
经验与背景
· 5-10+ 年全栈开发经验（HealthTech 经验是巨大优势）。
- 有构建端到端应用（前端 + 后端）的显著成果。
- 对系统设计和可扩展架构有深入理解。
前端开发（重点）：
· React.js（必须）– 构建可重用组件、响应式布局和优化前端性能。
- 熟练掌握 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript（ES6+）。
- 有状态管理经验（Redux 或 Context API）。
- 熟悉 UI/UX 最佳实践并能与 API/GraphQL 集成。
后端开发：
· Node.js 与 Express.js（专家级别）– API 设计、微服务、认证和集成。
- 具备 GraphQL 经验者优先。
数据库与云：
· 有 PostgreSQL 或 MongoDB 的实际操作经验。
- 熟悉 AWS 或 Google Cloud（部署、自动化、CI/CD）。
DevOps 与架构：
· 对 DevOps 实践有深刻理解（CI/CD 流水线，容器化为加分项）。

Salary:NegotiableWe are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with front-end expertise to work directly with our client in building a remote monitoring and management dashboard for cardiac devices from leading manufacturers like Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Biotronik, and Abbott.This is a unique opportunity to own the product end-to-end — from building sleek UI components to managing robust back-end APIs.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, test, and deploy front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js) features.
- Work closely with the CEO/Product Owner to translate requirements into functional, scalable solutions.
- Optimise application for maximum speed and performance across devices.
- Ensure high-quality code, automated testing, and adherence to modern development best practices.
- Contribute to technical architecture & decision-making as the team grows.
- Work hand-in-hand with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Work directly with the CEO/Product Owner and collaborate across teams.
- A self-starter who can take ownership of full product modules.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with state management (Redux or Context API).
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and integrating with APIs/GraphQL.
Back-End Development:
· Node.js & Express.js (Expert level) – API design, microservices, authentication, and integration.
- GraphQL experience is highly desirable.
Database & Cloud:
· Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud (deployment, automation, CI/CD).
DevOps & Architecture:
· Strong understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerisation is a plus).
- Ability to design and maintain scalable, secure architectures.
