职责：

在 Synapse 堆栈中端到端交付功能：React/Vite 前端，Node.js/Express/Apollo GraphQL 后端，MongoDB/Elasticsearch 数据层，以及周围的 Kubernetes 部署。

将 AI 编码工具（Claude Code、agentic 工作流、LLM 辅助代码审查）作为工作流程的核心部分使用——编写有效的提示，批判性地评估 AI 生成的差异，并知道何时覆盖模型的输出。

使用结构化日志（Pino）、OpenTelemetry 跟踪和 Prometheus 指标来记录新工作；在 Grafana / Tempo / Loki / Pyroscope 堆栈中进行调试。

在部署路径上进行故障排除：应用代码、MongoDB/Elasticsearch、Kafka 消费者，以及 Kubernetes / Helm / ArgoCD / Kargo 流水线。

Responsibilities:

Deliver features end-to-end across the Synapse stack: React/Vite frontend, Node.js/Express/Apollo GraphQL backend, MongoDB/Elasticsearch data layer, and the surrounding Kubernetes deployment.

Operate AI coding tools (Claude Code, agentic workflows, LLM-assisted code review) as a first-class part of the workflow — write effective prompts, critically evaluate AI-generated diffs, and know when to override the model.

Contribute to HL7 v2 / FHIR / immunization data pipelines, including Kafka-based ingestion and Elasticsearch indexing.

Instrument new work with structured logging (Pino), OpenTelemetry tracing, and Prometheus metrics; debug across the Grafana / Tempo / Loki / Pyroscope stack.

Handle PHI safely — apply secure coding practices, use PII-safe span attributes, and flag security concerns during code review.

Participate in code review, both giving and receiving; provide constructive feedback on correctness, security, and observability.

Work independently on defined features and escalate blockers early; drive small-to-medium initiatives from concept to completion.

Troubleshoot across the deployment path: application code, MongoDB/Elasticsearch, Kafka consumer, and the Kubernetes / Helm / ArgoCD / Kargo pipeline.
