Position Summary:
- Order entry and validation of imaging and referrals
- Management of incoming referrals from provider’s offices.
- Proactive patient outreach via phone, text, and other communication channels
- Detail-oriented, excellent customer service skills, ability to manage multiple task throughout the workday leads to success in this role
- Full Remote working within CST time-zone
- Compensation rate is $18/hr
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Background in healthcare is preferred
- Background with eClnicalWorks Practice Management System preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
- Ability to exercise judgement and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers and management staff

COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS:
The hourly rate for this position is $18.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic factors.
