## Web Designer (Framer Expert)
We're hiring a self-motivated Web Designer, expert in Framer, to build beautiful, high-performance websites. Join our 100% remote team in the Philippines and enjoy a 4-day work week.
**Location:** Remote (Philippines)
**Work-Type:** Full-Time, 4-Day Work Week
Lumikha Teams is looking for a talented Web Designer with deep expertise in Framer. This role is for a creative and technical professional who can design and build beautiful, high-performance, and interactive websites from the ground up.
We are seeking an intelligent, self-motivated individual who takes immense pride in their craft. You are a visual thinker who understands user experience and has the technical skill to bring ambitious designs to life. You will be our go-to expert for turning design concepts (from Figma) into pixel-perfect, responsive websites in Framer, setting a high standard for quality and innovation.
#### **What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):**
- Lead the design, build, and launch of high-fidelity, responsive websites and landing pages using Framer.
- Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into fully functional, pixel-perfect Framer sites.
- Implement advanced interactions, effects, and animations within Framer to create engaging user experiences.
- Ensure all web builds are rigorously optimized for performance, page speed, responsiveness, and SEO.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, working independently to move from concept to launch.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and client-facing teams to ensure the final product meets all strategic goals.
- Maintain and update existing Framer sites, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

You are a confident, intelligent, and highly self-motivated professional who possesses a deep curiosity for modern web design and technology. You take exceptional pride in your work, delivering projects that are both visually stunning and technically sound.
As a Framer expert, you are an independent operator who thrives in a remote environment. You don't just build what's in the design file; you understand the "why" behind it and can offer solutions to improve the user experience. You manage your projects with autonomy and professionalism, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for clean, high-quality work.
**Must-Haves:**
- A high-quality, professional portfolio demonstrating live examples of sophisticated websites built in Framer.
- 2+ years of professional web design experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Framer, including component-building, interactions, and responsive design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and a proven workflow for translating Figma designs into Framer.
- A strong foundation in web design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and responsive/adaptive design.
- A solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
**Nice-to-Haves:**
- Experience with WordPress development or management.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for custom code overrides.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with technical SEO implementation.
