## Senior Visual Designer
We're hiring a self-motivated Senior Visual Designer with strong Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere) skills. Join our 100% remote team in the Philippines and enjoy a 4-day work week
**Location: Remote (Philippines)**
**Work-Type: Full-Time, 4-Day Work Week**
Lumikha Teams is looking for a highly skilled and conceptual Senior Visual Designer to be a creative leader for our team and our clients. We are not just looking for a production artist; we are seeking a creative partner who can craft compelling visual narratives and translate complex strategic goals into high-quality, impactful design.
This position is ideal for an intelligent, self-motivated professional who takes immense pride in their craft and possesses a true creative vision. You are a master of the Adobe Creative Suite, from static design and layout to video and motion. You will be responsible for defining and elevating the visual brand for both Lumikha and our clients across all digital channels.
#### **What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):**
- Conceptualize and execute original, high-impact design concepts for a wide range of digital assets (e.g., social media campaigns, ad creative, case studies, website graphics).
- Design and layout multi-page documents, presentations, and brand guides with expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
- Create bespoke illustrations, logos, and vector assets using Adobe Illustrator.
- Craft compelling composite imagery, photo edits, and digital assets using Adobe Photoshop.
- Edit and produce short-form videos and simple motion graphics for marketing and social media using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Express.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and client-facing teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions.
- Present and articulate design concepts and vision to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency, ensuring all creative output is polished and aligned with strategic brand guidelines.

You are a confident, intelligent, and highly self-motivated professional who possesses a deep curiosity for visual trends, communication, and storytelling. You take exceptional pride in your work, delivering polished, thoughtful, and strategically-sound designs.
As a senior-level creative, you are a master of your craft and a true independent operator. You thrive in a remote environment, managing your projects from concept to completion with autonomy and professionalism. You don't just execute tasks; you challenge the brief, provide creative solutions, and bring a strong, educated vision to the table.
Must-Haves:
- A high-quality, professional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual work and mastery of design principles (typography, color, layout, hierarchy).
- 3+ years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, or a multimedia design role.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Demonstrable experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Adobe Express for rapid content creation.
- Proven ability to think conceptually and develop creative vision.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Adobe After Effects for more advanced motion graphics.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma).
- Strong illustration skills.
- Experience working in a marketing agency or client-facing environment.
