职位职责：
· 为保险公司提供后台支持，并向客户提供产权调查和承诺报告
· 能够在Data Trace、Redvision、Tapestry和Netronline等产权数据库上执行产权调查
· 能够阅读调查文件并转述/整理产权和其他与产权承诺相关的内容
· 与结算协调员合作，根据需要修改产权承诺
· 审核住宅/商业产权调查材料，并根据产权调查信息创建产权报告和承诺
· 按照流程指南管理和维护指定的产权文件
· 与同事保持良好的团队合作，以达成团队和部门目标
· 应能持续产出无错误的工作成果
· 能够识别需要向上级汇报的问题
· 及时完成所有工作任务和项目
所需技能：
· 理想候选人需具备至少3年以上在美国多个州的住宅/商业产权调查与审查经验，工作环境为快节奏、高产量
· 候选人应具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力，出色的人际交往和分析能力，能够有效管理多项工作优先级
· 熟悉产权生产应用软件，如Resware以及DataTrace、Redvision、Tapestry和Netronline等产权数据库
· 必须达到每分钟40字的打字速度，准确率100%
· 能够适应任何班次，该职位主要为夜班
· 任何学历的毕业生

Job Responsibilities:
· Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the client
· Ability to perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry and Netronline
· Ability to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related matters
· Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed
· Review residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information
· Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines
· Maintain strong team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals
· Should be capable of producing error free work consistently
· Ability to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisor
· Timely completion of all work assignments and projects
Required Skills:
· The ideal candidature will need to have minimum 3+years of US Residential / Commercial Title Search and Examination experience in a multi-state fast paced high volume work environment
· The candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous work priorities
· Familiarity with title production application such as Resware and Title Plants as DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry and Netronline
· Mandatory minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
· Flexible to work in any shift. Position is primarily for night shift.
