- 在我们的申请人跟踪系统（ATS）Greenhouse 中维护准确且最新的候选人记录

**经验与要求**
- 1-3 年在快节奏的企业招聘或媒体代理机构的工作经验
- 1 年以上使用 ATS 的经验；_有 Greenhouse 经验者优先_
- 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力

**The Role**
**We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Zeta’s rapid growth.** Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will playa key part in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across multiple roles. You will partner with the greater Talent Acquisition and Global People & Culture teams to enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting projects as needed.
_Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco) or remote._
**What You’ll Do**
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels
- Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse
- Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
**Experience & Profile**
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or media agency setting
- 1+ years of experience with an ATS; _Greenhouse experience is a plus_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
**SALARY RANGE**
The salary range for this role is **$75,000 - $85,000**, depending on location and experience.
