This is a remote position.

Requirement Gathering: Interview stakeholders to collect business needs and write detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and user stories.

Data & Process Analysis: Analyze insurance data, claims trends, and policy metrics to spot operational inefficiencies or fraud indicators.

System Integration: Collaborate with IT and developers to design, test, and implement data warehousing, reporting, and policy management systems.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure data systems align with insurance regulations and track performance using dashboards.

Testing: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that new software solutions match functional requirements
