- 与技术、产品和运营团队协作，确保冲刺优先级和时间表的一致性。
- 使用敏捷工具（如Jira、Confluence或Azure DevOps）促进透明度，并通过定期报告和指标传达进展。
任职资格：
- 信息科技、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位。
- 在软件开发或金融科技环境中担任Scrum Master的实战经验。
- 熟悉敏捷框架（Scrum、Kanban）和现代软件交付实践（CI/CD、DevOps）。
- 具备强大的领导和引导能力，能够管理跨职能协作。
- 精通使用敏捷指标（速度、燃尽图、累计流）来推动绩效和改进。
- 优秀的沟通、问题解决和利益相关者管理能力。
- 持有Scrum Master认证（CSM、PSM或同等证书）优先考虑。
- 有在监管环境下或金融产品开发的经验者优先。

About the Job:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our client's team in the fintech industry. The role is responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, supporting the development team, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality financial technology solutions. You will help foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Coach and guide teams in Agile principles and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and maintain a clear, actionable product backlog aligned with business goals.
- Identify, track, and remove delivery impediments while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
- Support the team in improving velocity, predictability, and quality of deliverables through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate across technology, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on sprint priorities and timelines.
- Promote transparency using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps) and communicate progress through regular reporting and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or fintech environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software delivery practices (CI/CD, DevOps).
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Skilled in using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cumulative flow) to drive performance and improvement.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience with regulated environments or financial product development is an advantage.
