Data Researcher - Taylor Hawkes
Taylor Hawkes is a specialist recruitment agency operating across the US public accounting and
legal markets. We work with a wide range of active firms, from growing independent practices to
leading regional and national organisations.
We are looking for a Data Researcher to identify & research public accounting and legal companies, then complete the contacts at these firms into our desired format.
Main Responsibilities
Company Discovery
- Use LinkedIn company search to identify suitable companies to our sectors of operation.
- Use Google to identify suitable companies to our sectors of operations
- Log newly discovered companies into our format on the CRM.
Company Build Out
- Build out suitable companies with client & candidate contacts
- Completing all data fields on each contact,
- Name
- Email Address
- Location (Zip/State)
- Job Title
- Industry
- Etc.
- Use different techniques and software’s to aid research such as popular B2B tools like ZoomInfo
LinkedIn/Outreach Candidate Generation
- Utilise LinkedIn to generate candidate leads from your research work
- Log candidate’s on the CRM
- Utilise the CRM tools & outlook to help generate candidate leads.
The Ideal Candidate
- • Strong written communication skills
- • Competency to understand what data we are looking for.
- • Organised, consistent and comfortable working towards activity targets.
- • Technical CRM experience would be advantageous however not essential.
- • Effective completion of administrative tasks
Role Objective
The objective of this position is to carry out detailed research to strengthen our database across all sectors.
