Position: Backend Developer – .NET Core & SQL Server

Your Role:
As a Backend Developer – .NET Core & SQL Server, you will:
- Design and develop scalable and secure enterprise applications capable of handling high traffic.
- Build and maintain robust REST APIs utilizing .NET Core backend development best practices.
- Manage SQL Server databases, optimizing queries, performance, and data modeling.
- Apply best-security techniques to secure APIs and microservices.
- Work autonomously with high ownership and proactivity to deliver high-performing backend solutions.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Minimum 3+ years of professional backend development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with .NET Core
- Solid experience with SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, and data modeling)
- Proven background in building and maintaining REST APIs
- Ability to work autonomously, take complete ownership, and operate proactively
Preferred skills/expertise
- AWS Cloud experience
- Understanding of front-end frameworks (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, or Next.js)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Experience in system design or solution architecture
- Experience with agentic programming in a team environment
