具有海上资产的 I&C 设计经验。
对仪表、控制和安全设备、计量、供应商包和系统有深入理解。熟悉相关行业法规和标准。
具备智能 JB 技术经验者优先。
需要有预启动/启动经验。
技术和业务技能：
出色的英语书面和口语能力。
强大的组织、计划和协调能力。
强大的技术、优先级管理和管理能力。
强大的沟通、影响和接口能力。
熟练使用 Microsoft Office 套件、Lotus Notes 等软件。

Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience:-
08 years' experience working in Instrument and Controls, in an Oil & gas industry project having broad knowledge of engineering
execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.
I&C design experience for offshore assets.
Strong understanding of Instrumentation, Controls and Safety equipment, Metering, vendor package and systems experience. Well
versant in relevant industry codes and standards.
Experience with smart JB technology is desired.
Pre-comm/Comm experience is required.
Technical and Business Skills:-
Excellent written and oral English skills.
Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills.
Strong technical, prioritisation and management skills.
Strong communication, influencing and interface skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes,etc.
