What You'll Do:
- Support HR strategic planning activities for the ALJM-HR organization by coordinating with various business departments and divisions.
- Assist in the administration and facilitation of strategic planning management projects.
- Arrange and organize sessions and events related to strategic planning management, including introductions and awareness sessions.
- Oversee administrative activities such as processing PR, GR, and SES requests in JSAP for HR & OD.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain proposals, contracts, invoices, and necessary documents for strategic planning projects.
- Assist in planning and executing change management initiatives.
