Our Marketing Transformation team's vision is to ensure Marketing's operating model is efficient and empowers marketers to innovate, driving greater growth for Akamai. We do this by connecting our marketing strategy to measurable business outcomes through adaptive planning, customer journey optimization, cross-functional program orchestration, and building marketing capabilities.

As a Marketing Program Specialist you will coordinate complex strategic initiatives that support our marketing mission-critical goals. You will work with stakeholders across the marketing organization as well as across the enterprise to help execute on our marketing vision, leveraging AI tools to elevate program outcomes and operational efficiency.
As a Marketing Program Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating cross-functional marketing programs for our leading security and cloud solutions, such as acquisition integration.
- Supporting strategic and workflow improvement programs that drive growth for the company, including AI-enabled ways of working.
- Utilizing AI tools to streamline program management, synthesize program insights, and elevate overall program outcomes.
- Creating cross-functional alignment and transparency by documenting, organizing, and communicating program strategies, plans, execution, and results to key internal stakeholders.
- Identifying, raising, and tracking risks, dependencies, and strategic opportunities in a timely, clear manner.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience coordinating marketing efforts and/or executing demand generation or inbound marketing programs.
- Have a foundational knowledge of marketing disciplines, program or change management, and design thinking practices.
- Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with AI productivity tools to streamline workflows and enhance personal and program efficiency.
- Be curious, with a continuous learning mindset toward applying AI to improve daily outputs.
- Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate clearly and transparently to a range of stakeholders, including executives.
- Have a proven ability to build relationships, fostering trust, credibility, and cross-functional collaboration.
