Requirements
Minimum requirements:
· At least 2 years of general virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Email management, Calendar management, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, orphone.
•Exceptional English communication skills•Knowledge of navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
•Experience in handling several CRMs
- Experience in processing various types of insurances (health, disability, business, real estate/property, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in the different terminologies used in this sector.
Home office setup requirements:
· Dedicated workstation/ workspace.
- Noise-canceling headset
- 50Mbps minimum internet speed
- PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.
