Are you a fluent Danish speaker looking for an international career opportunity in Portugal? Join a dynamic, multicultural team supporting well-known global brands in the automotive, digital services, and technology sectors.
We are hiring motivated professionals for different projects, offering both remote work from mainland Portugal and onsite opportunities in Lisbon.
Available Project Areas
Depending on your profile and preference, you may work in one of the following areas:
1.Automotive Support (Remote from Mainland Portugal)
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services
- Provide guidance on features, digital tools, and account-related topics
- Ensure high-quality customer experience through phone, email, or chat
2. Digital Services / Customer Care (Onsite in Lisbon)
- Support users with account management, subscriptions, and service-related questions
- Deliver friendly and solution-oriented assistance
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat
3. Sales & Client Support – Technology Sector (Onsite in Lisbon)
- Engage with potential customers and identify business needs
- Present solutions tailored to client requirements
- Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve performance targets
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Danish (C1/C2)
- Good command of English (B2+)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
