Your Role:
As a Client Solutions Consultant - Data & Analytics,
- Serve as the Data & Analytics subject matter expert during prospective and existing client discovery conversations.
- Lead implementations, onboarding activities, workflow configurations, quality-control design, and dashboard validations for new partnerships.
- Coordinate across clients, delivery centers, recruiting, sales, and account management teams to manage implementation plans, risks, and timelines.
- Partner with delivery center recruiting and operations to define job roles, evaluate candidates, interview applicants, and support delivery team training.
- Provide post-launch advisory support, investigate complex data quality, dashboard, or reporting issues, and recommend corrective actions.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or data operations in a BPO environment.
- End-to-end analytics expertise: requirements definition, data sourcing, cleansing, validation, transformation, visualization, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, database querying, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), and data governance controls.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across geographically dispersed teams during 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Preferred skills/expertise
- Experience in client implementations, onboarding, analytics discovery, solutions design, process transitions, or pre-sales discussions.
- Prior leadership experience as an analytics lead, business intelligence lead, reporting lead, data operations lead, or supervisor.
- Experience with process optimization, reporting automation, API integrations, RPA, or AI-enabled analytics technologies.
- Ability to create data dictionaries, source-to-report documentation, validation procedures, analytical methods, and dashboards.
- Relevant certifications in business intelligence, analytics, cloud data platforms, or data management disciplines.
