Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performing websites that align with our client's brand and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end and/or back-end development, user experience (UX) principles, and responsive design. This role requires collaboration with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless functionality, visual appeal, and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive websites.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to boost site rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for SEO.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
- Regularly update content and ensure site security.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in website development and SEO.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g.,
- WordPress).Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in SEO or web development.
- Experience managing multiple websites or digital marketing campaigns.
System Requirements:
- Computer: Minimum Intel i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 or higher.
- Monitors: Two monitors for desktops OR an external monitor for laptops.
- Internet: Stable wired connection with at least 100 Mbps speed (higher preferred for WiFi).
- Backup Internet: Secondary internet source capable of handling full workload OR access to a backup location.
- Power Backup: Uninterrupted power supply for at least 8 hours OR a backup location accessible within 30 minutes.
- Work Environment: Dedicated, quiet workspace conducive to professional communication.
- Headset: Noise-canceling headset for clear audio during virtual meetings and calls.
