知识和/或经验*
8年工程相关工作经验，特别是担任结构工程专业负责人，其中包含4年石油和天然气行业经验，3年海上经验，以及1年监督或代理岗位经验，或对承包商/分包商/服务供应商人员的管理经验
对设计标准、规范、法规、适当的安全准则、海上设施和结构、导管架设计、施工、运营及工程管理有广泛而深入的知识
有在大型运营组织中从事运营、项目、地质等工作的经验者优先，根据实际情况可适当增加相关要求

Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in structural engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience*
Eight (8) years of experience in Engineering roles specially Lead Structural engineering discipline, including 4 years of Oil & Gas Industry,3 years in offshore and including 1 years' experience in Supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractor/service/vendor personnel
Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, appropriate safety criteria, offshore facilities and structure and Jacket design, construction, operations, and engineering administration.
Consider Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc. these to be added whichever applicable
