Are you passionate about Customer Service and Digital Industry? Do you have exceptional communication skills in Danish? This is your chance to kickstart or elevate your career by working as a Customer Specialist for one of the most renowned global companies in Braga, totally Remote!
What Youll Do:
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to truobleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Staying update on client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
- Exibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Danish (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
